We architected the integration between VELUX's innovative Daylight augmented reality app and their 15 regional HubSpot portals using Azure database connectivity. This groundbreaking solution automatically routed customer data to the appropriate regional marketing team based on geographic and behavioral parameters. The system ensured each regional team received qualified leads with complete context for immediate follow-up.
2. Enterprise-Grade CRM-to-CRM Integration
We successfully integrated HubSpot with SAP C4C for VELUX Modular Skylight department, implementing security protocols that met stringent enterprise requirements. This integration enabled automated lead handovers between marketing and sales teams while maintaining data integrity and compliance standards that other integration providers couldn't achieve. 3. Unified Analytics Through BigQuery Integration

With 300+ Sitecore websites using 3rd party cookies and 15 HubSpot sites using HubSpot cookies, customers weren't recognized across platforms. Our integration collected all website interaction data in HubSpot, then synchronized it to BigQuery for unified reporting and complete buyer journey visibility.
4. Partner Program Data Synchronization
We created the reverse integration flow from Google BigQuery back to HubSpot to support VELUX's partner reward program. Since their Qwasi partner management system was already integrated with BigQuery, we built the missing connection to enable HubSpot marketing campaigns. This allowed VELUX's marketing team to send targeted communications to their partner network while maintaining centralized data management in BigQuery.
5. Customer-to-Installer Workflow Automation
We implemented the complete customer configurator integration connecting Sitecore, HubSpot, and ContactPro systems. When customers used VELUX's product configurator on their Sitecore websites, we automatically transferred this data to HubSpot for marketing follow-up, then seamlessly handed qualified leads to appropriate installers through ContactPro. This created an end-to-end automated workflow from initial product interest to professional installation
