Microsoft Dynamics NAV

Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an ERP system for SMBs (small to medium businesses) and was rebranded in 2018 to Dynamics 365 Business Central. The software is deployed both on cloud and on-premise, and is used to manage purchasing, operations, finance / accounting, inventory management, and sales.

Why integrate them

With an integration between MS Dynamics NAV and HubSpot, important data can be synced from one system into the other and vice versa. A common use case is Marketing nurturing leads from HubSpot until they reach a certain stage, at which point they are automatically sent to NAV. Another common scenario is where Sales creates quotes and orders in NAV, and these are synced to HubSpot as deals.

Our methodology

Some benefits of such as interface are:

  • Better alignment between marketing, sales and service
  • They have a 360° view on the customer
  • This important information helps to optimize the sales and marketing strategies
  • Data is kept consistent over different systems

When integrating different systems, we start from known best practices and challenge the briefed scope. This makes sure the integration is logical from both a technical point of view and the user perspective. Additionally, we emphasize data governance to not end up with data pollution and thorough testing in order to deliver a high-quality integration
