Microsoft Dynamics 365

Microsoft Dynamics 365 (which replaces the former Microsoft Dynamics CRM, AX and NAV) is a combined CRM and ERP product, particularly designed for customer engagement. Next to a Customer Data Platform, it offers tools for Sales, Marketing, Service, Commerce, Supply Chain, HR, Finance and Project Management.


HubSpot provides features mainly for the Marketing, Sales and Service teams. It can be used for managing leads, customers, the opportunity pipeline, tickets, etc. HubSpot’s and Dynamics 365’s functionalities can partly overlap, but organizations may work with the best of both tools.
