CRM Project Manager - Netherlands
At Elixir Solutions, we help mid-market and enterprise organisations across Europe turn HubSpot into a real growth engine — not just another tool. As our new CRM Project Manager based in Amsterdam, you'll take full ownership of CRM initiatives from first discovery call through go-live and into long-term success.
You'll be the orchestrator between clients, consultants, and technical teams: defining clear roadmaps, coordinating delivery, and making sure every implementation delivers measurable commercial impact. One day you might be running a discovery workshop with a manufacturer's commercial director; the next, aligning a technical integration team on a Salesforce-to-HubSpot migration; and the day after, walking a client through user acceptance testing.
This isn't a coordination-only role. We're looking for someone who genuinely understands CRM, asks sharp questions, and challenges clients constructively when needed. You'll combine project leadership with hands-on CRM expertise to drive transformation and build strategic, long-term client relationships.

What success looks like
- In your first 90 days, you'll have shadowed live projects, completed core HubSpot certifications (if you haven't already), and started co-leading delivery on at least one mid-market engagement.
- By month six, you'll be running multiple parallel CRM projects independently. Owning client relationships, managing scope, timelines and budgets, and earning the trust of senior client stakeholders.
- By the end of year one, success means clients renewing and expanding their engagement with Elixir because of the value you delivered, junior colleagues learning from your project playbooks, and you having a clear point of view on how we can make our delivery methodology even sharper.
How this role fits into Elixir
Elixir is a HubSpot Elite Partner with 40+ experts across 5 offices in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Sweden and France, serving 150+ clients in 15+ countries.
The Netherlands team is in growth mode, and the CRM Project Manager role is central to that ambition.
You'll report into the local Managing Director and work daily with consultants, solution architects, developers and CRM strategists across our offices. Project Managers at Elixir aren't gatekeepers between disciplines, they're the people who make complex simple and multi-stakeholder implementations a succes. That makes this role highly visible internally and externally.
Responsibilities
- Lead CRM projects end-to-end, from kickoff and discovery through configuration, testing, training, go-live and post-launch support for mid-market and enterprise clients
- Organize discovery workshops to capture business requirements, document current-state processes, and translate commercial goals into clear, prioritised project scopes and roadmaps
- Define and maintain project plans, budgets and timelines; flag risks early and drive mitigation rather than reporting them after the fact
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders ranging from operational users to C-level sponsors, adapting your communication style to each audience
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams (consultants, solution architects, developers, integration specialists, external partners) and keep everyone aligned on outcomes, dependencies and deadlines
- Oversee HubSpot configuration and validation work, ensuring what's built matches what was scoped and what the client actually needs
- Guide client teams through user acceptance testing, deliver structured training sessions, and produce clear documentation that survives long after go-live
- Champion CRM best-practice methods (Elixir Delivery Methods) and challenge clients constructively when their requests would create technical debt or fail to deliver business value
- Manage scope changes professionally, protecting project margins and timelines while keeping the client relationship strong
- Stay current with the HubSpot platform's evolution (new Hubs, Breeze AI, integrations, CPQ capabilities) and translate what's relevant into client conversations
- Mentor and support junior project colleagues, share lessons learned, and contribute to improving our internal playbooks and delivery methodology
- Collaborate with our sales team during the pre-sales phase on scoping, estimation and proposal input where your delivery experience adds value
Qualifications
Must-haves
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing CRM implementation projects (HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or comparable platforms) candidates with significantly more experience are equally welcome and will find scope to grow
- Fluency in both Dutch and English, written and spoken, you'll work with Dutch-speaking clients daily and with international colleagues across our European offices
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in parallel without dropping the ball on quality, communication or commercial outcomes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences and business goals for technical audiences
- Working knowledge of project management fundamentals (scope, time, budget, risk, stakeholder management), formal certification (Prince2, PMP, Agile/Scrum) is appreciated but not required
- Comfort working directly with senior stakeholders and pushing back diplomatically when needed
- Right to work in the Netherlands
Nice-to-haves
- Existing HubSpot certifications (Solutions Partner, CRM Implementation, Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub) if you don't have them yet, you'll earn them with us
- Experience with CRM integrations (ERP, marketing automation, e-commerce platforms, custom APIs) and a working understanding of data architecture
- Familiarity with CPQ tooling (DealHub, HubSpot CPQ) or quote-to-cash processes
- Experience working in a consultancy or agency environment, where context-switching between clients is the norm
- Background in industries we frequently serve: manufacturing, software/SaaS, professional services, fintech, or B2B services
- Exposure to AI-powered CRM workflows and emerging tools like HubSpot Breeze AI or custom AI agents
Mindset we're looking for
- Adaptable in fast-changing client environments you don't need a perfect brief to start moving
- Proactive and solution-oriented, when something's blocked, you propose two paths forward instead of waiting for instructions
- Genuinely curious about how businesses make money and where CRM fits into that picture
- Comfortable with constructive disagreement, both with clients and internally
- Driven by client outcomes, not just project delivery, you measure success by what changes after go-live, not by whether the Gantt chart turned green
